Command and control posts.
We convert ISO shipping containers into command centres ready to operate: they travel as a container and deploy in hours.
What we solve
An operations centre that travels as a container.
We start from to 20 or 40-foot ISO container and turn it into a complete workspace: reinforced structure, thermal and acoustic insulation, HVAC, power distribution, cabling, 19" racks, operator stations and a situation video wall.
We deliver it turnkey with a single point of responsibility: layout engineering, manufacturing in our Illescas workshop, integration of the client's equipment and testing before delivery. The container keeps its corner castings and ISO dimensions, so it moves by road, rail or sea like any other.
- Command and control posts for defence and emergencies
- Communications centres and equipment rooms
- Coordination posts for major events
- Deployable laboratories, workshops and classrooms

What we integrate.
Communications
Cable glands and connection panels, folding mast, structured cabling and equipment rooms separated from the workspace.
Protection
On specification: electromagnetic shielding, CBRN filtration and reinforcement for demanding environments.
Expansion
Several containers joined into a single post, extension awnings and expandable modules for more floor space.
Standards and documentation
A container that is still a container.
We keep the container's structure and corner castings so it retains its certification and can still travel by sea. The electrical installation is designed and certified to the applicable regulations, and we deliver the test dossier for every system.
Frequently asked questions
What clients usually ask.
Do you use new or second-hand containers?
Both, depending on use and budget. For defence and long-life applications we recommend a new one-trip container; for temporary use, a second-hand one, inspected and repaired.
Can the container still travel by sea?
Yes, as long as its structure and CSC plate are preserved. We design openings and reinforcements so as not to compromise it and state this in the delivery documentation.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the integration, but a 20-foot command post usually takes 12 to 16 weeks from design approval to delivery.
Do you integrate the client's communications equipment?
Yes. We prepare racks, cabling, ventilation and cable glands for the equipment specified, and we can install and test it in our workshop before delivery.
Do you build civil versions?
Yes: emergency coordination posts, event control centres, mobile laboratories and training classrooms.
