01 / PROTECT
Aerospace and technical containers.
Custom, large-format aerospace and technical transport containers for flight hardware, engines and systems that cannot tolerate a knock, a drop of water or a sudden change in temperature.
What we solve
One container per part. Engineered for its journey.
Every container starts from the part and its route: dimensions, centre of gravity, attachment points, sensitivity to shock and humidity, mode of transport and arrival conditions.
We design the structure, the inner cradle and the shock isolation system; we analyse it, build it and deliver the design justification report with the container.
We build aerospace containers for launcher stages, such as PLD Space's Miura 5; for scientific instruments, such as the ASIM mission's MXGS, and for satellite flight units.
- Launcher stages, satellites and flight instruments
- Engines, modules and defence system equipment
- Large parts moving between plants and for export
- Equipment that must reach the cleanroom uncontaminated

What we integrate.
Controlled atmosphere
Pressurisation and relief valves, N₂ inlet, desiccant boxes and humidity indicators visible from outside.
Journey logging
Shock, temperature and humidity loggers, with a downloadable report on arrival.
Handling
Rated lifting points, forklift pockets, castors and a rotating base to turn the payload.

Standards and documentation
What we deliver with every container.
Design justification report, structural analysis, inspection plan and certificate of conformity. When the project requires it, we design to industry standards and coordinate the testing.
