We design the case around your equipment and deliver it assembled, wired and tested: a portable system ready to work in the field, not an empty box.
What we solve
We don't sell you a box. We deliver a working system.
We start with your equipment and how it will be used: where it is opened, who carries it, which vehicle it travels in, what shocks, vibration, dust, water and temperatures it faces, and how long it has to run without mains power.
Then we choose the shell. If a catalogue case from one of the leading brands fits, we start from it. If not, we build it in our Illescas workshop in aluminium, technical plywood or composite. Inside we integrate whatever the system needs: electronics, power, displays, connections, ventilation and machined foam. We test it before delivery, and repeat it identically in series.

Custom interior
You choose the case and we machine the foam from your equipment or its 3D model, with a pocket for every item. Antistatic for electronics, with engraving and a contents list.
Custom rugged case
Special-size shell, shock-mounted inner chassis, removable 19" rack, pressure valve, padlockable latches and stacking features.
Turnkey equipped case
Mechanical and electrical design, wiring, connector panel, power, ventilation and integration of your equipment. Delivered tested and documented.

Equipment, use, environment, power, standards, quantity and date. If you like, bring the equipment to Illescas and we will measure it here.
Design
3D model of the case and wiring diagram, reviewed with you before anything is built.
Prototype and testing
First unit assembled and tested: function, sealing and whatever the programme requires.
Series
Frozen, documented configuration so that unit 50 is the same as the first.
Delivery and support
Manual, contents list, diagrams and test report. Afterwards, spares and repairs in our workshop.

Frequently asked questions
What clients usually ask.
Do you build the case or start from a catalogue one?
Both. If a Peli, Zarges, Explorer, SKB or HPRC case fits by size, weight and standards, we start from it and it keeps its certifications. If the size does not exist or a different construction is needed, we build it in our workshop.
Can you integrate equipment we send you?
Yes. We integrate your equipment or equipment we buy for you, with the wiring, power and ventilation it needs, and test it working inside the case.
Is sealing lost when connectors or ventilation are added?
Not if it is designed for it: we use sealed connectors and cable glands and filtered, closable ventilation, and we check the sealing of the finished unit.
What is the minimum order?
One unit. For series we first make a prototype for your approval and build the rest to the frozen configuration.
What documentation do you deliver?
User manual, contents list, wiring diagrams, test report and, when the case contains electrical equipment, the applicable declaration of conformity.
Do you offer lower-cost cases for large runs?
Yes: our ABS cases of the 0701 and 0702 series, with pre-cut or custom foam.
